Products & Orders
- All products are manufactured to industrial standards. Specifications are subject to change without notice for product improvement purposes.
- OEM and custom orders require a written agreement and deposit before production begins.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply for wholesale and OEM orders.

Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- Quoted prices for bulk or OEM orders are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation.

Payment
- We accept T/T (bank transfer), and other payment methods as agreed upon.
- Full payment or agreed deposit is required before order processing or production.

Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and content on this website are the property of BlueStepLadder and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
BlueStepLadder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the order.

These terms are governed by applicable international trade laws and the laws of the People's Republic of China.
