Refund policy

BlueStepLadder specializes in B2B industrial telescopic ladder supply. All orders are subject to the following return policy.

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Custom OEM orders and bulk wholesale orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Process
- Contact us at sales@bluestepladder.com to initiate a return request.
- Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-manufactured or OEM products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
